Alongside my board and organisational advisory work, I work one-to-one with CEOs and senior leaders on issues that sit at the intersection of strategy, leadership and personal judgement.

This work often blends reflective, coaching-style conversation with practical strategic and organisational advice, depending on what the situation requires.

A different kind of one-to-one work

Many executive coaches bring deep psychological insight but limited exposure to the strategic and organisational realities of senior leadership.

Many strategy advisors understand the business challenges but are less equipped to work at the human and emotional level where real decisions are made.

My work sits deliberately at the intersection of both.

I bring:

  • deep understanding of strategy, governance and organisational dynamics

  • comfort working with ambiguity, power and responsibility

  • the ability to engage at a human level without losing commercial clarity

This allows the work to move fluidly between reflection and practical business judgement, without artificially separating “coaching” from the strategic and commercial realities leaders are facing.
