I work with boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams at moments of strategic inflection — when the path forward is unclear, the stakes are high, and clear judgement is required.

My role is to help leaders think clearly, surface real choices, and make decisions they can stand behind.

Areas of depth

  • My advisory work is grounded in three decades of hands-on experience across strategy, organisation and governance. I am most often asked to contribute in situations involving:

  • Corporate and portfolio strategy, including end-game thinking and long-term positioning

  • Ownership change and M&A, including acquisitions, integrations, roll-ups and exit preparation

  • Organisational and operating model redesign, aligning structure and decision rights to strategy

  • Governance and oversight, particularly where strategy, risk and constitutional frameworks are misaligned

  • Much of this work is board-facing and confidential.

How I work

  • I do not deliver large teams, frameworks or predefined answers.

  • Instead, I work as a thinking partner — bringing perspective, pattern recognition and honest challenge, grounded in deep familiarity with the strategic, organisational and human realities leaders face.

  • Clients value a calm, open and trust-based approach, particularly in complex or ambiguous situations.

My Background

I am a former Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants (2017–2026) and now act as a Senior Advisor following my transition to a portfolio career. In this capacity, I continue to advise boards and executive teams across consumer, retail and business services sectors, often in the context of ownership change or organisational transition. I previously sat on OC&C’s Executive Committee and led the firm’s global ESG agenda.

Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, PepsiCo, and the UK Department of Health, and worked in Asia with publicly listed consumer healthcare businesses.
